There are two options for computing taxes on leave credits:<ul><li><strong>After __&nbsp; leaves<\/strong> (leave credits exceeding this value are computed for taxes)<\/li><li>Using <strong>standard taxation rules<\/strong> (total allowances and leave credits exceeding the non-taxable earnings threshold (see <strong>Settings<\/strong> \u00e0 <strong>Rates<\/strong> tab \u00e0 <strong>13<sup>th<\/sup> Month Pay<\/strong> section \u00e0 <strong>Maximum Amount of Non-Taxable Allowances, Incentives, and 13<sup>th<\/sup> Month Pay<\/strong> option) shall be computed for taxes)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>\u00b7&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Tick the \u201c<strong>Individual Leaves Computation<\/strong>\u201d option if you want to segregate computation for each leave type (un-ticking this option will consolidate all selected leave types as a single <strong>Leave Credits<\/strong> entry).<\/li><li>Tick the <strong>Include Additional Leaves<\/strong> option if you want to include <strong>Additional Leaves<\/strong> in determining the Total Allowed Leaves per employee.&nbsp; <strong>Additional Leaves<\/strong> are added per employee, based on his\/her anniversary date (see <strong>Settings<\/strong>-&gt;<strong>Leaves<\/strong>-&gt;<strong>Additional Leaves<\/strong> section).<\/li><li>Tick the <strong>Include Attendance Converted to Leaves<\/strong> option if you want to include employees\u2019 attendance records which were converted to Leave credits based on <strong>Attendance To Leaves Conversion<\/strong> rules (see <strong>Settings<\/strong>-&gt;<strong>Leaves<\/strong>-&gt;<strong>Attendance To Leaves Conversion <\/strong>section).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Select Leaves<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The <strong>Select Leaves<\/strong> section allows you to select only the leaves that you want to process leave conversion for.&nbsp; Simply tick the leave types which you want to process.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Formula<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The Formula section allows you to choose the appropriate leave conversion formula your company uses.&nbsp; Currently, there are two basic formulas included for Leave Conversion:<\/li><li>Leaves conversion based on the proportionate number of months from the <strong>Start Date<\/strong> to the <strong>End Date<\/strong> (as selected in Step 1 of the Wizard).<\/li><li>Leaves conversion based on a fixed percentage as determined by the user.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>After configuring your preferred Leave Conversion options, the system checks for previous computations processed for the selected Posting Date.&nbsp;
